Karen Bauman brings decades of experience navigating the financial services industry from the ground up. Her career began as a part-time receptionist and evolved into executive leadership roles, including serving as Branch Manager during a significant merger. Today, she focuses her time on building meaningful relationships and helping individuals and families align their financial lives with what matters most to them. Karen finds her work most rewarding when she’s connecting with clients on a personal level—understanding their goals, learning what brings them joy, and supporting them as they move forward with clarity and confidence. She views each client as an extension of her own family and approaches every interaction with care and intention.

Outside the Office
Karen lives in Northern Indiana with her rescue Golden Retriever, Rose, and her spirited Stabyhoun, Ryder. Weekends are often spent attending dog sports training or trials, enjoying lakeside visits with close friends, or exploring winery tours. Though she now calls the Midwest home, she grew up in Calgary, Alberta, and still cherishes cross-country travel with her brother and sister-in-law whenever possible. Karen enjoys the camaraderie of the dog community, quiet time reading, and sunny days spent on her favorite beach in Maui. She also finds joy in time shared with her children—Nolan, Courtney, and Taylor—and cherishes making memories with her grandchildren whenever the opportunity arises.
